I grew up in a small town in rural Georgia where I learned how to respect others and be a really good baseball player, but didn’t learn much about creating wealth. I made it my one of life goals to learn all that there is to learn about finance. After playing a couple of years of college ball at Middle Georgia State University, I transferred to the University of Georgia where my ambition really got kicked into high gear. I started a t-shirt business of my own, received my Bachelor’s in Finance, found my wife, and started my career with The Savannah Bananas.

I’ve always been obsessed with numbers: the story behind them, and how using them can help with logical and informed decisions. I understand what it means to own a business, earn notoriety, and make a living out of a passion. My passion is building a family. While it may not seem like it, helping other small-businesses feels like helping the family. I get to see teams grow, love, cry, and cheer. There’s nothing better than helping someone build a family.
